Burning and Nuisance Ordinance

Burning is prohibited on Sunday and Monday. Hours for burning are from 7:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday. THE ORDINANCE WILL BE ENFORCED. Copies of the ordinance are available at the Municipal Building, 858 Main Street, Sugarloaf, PA 18249, from 7:00am to 2:00pm, or by calling 570-788-3575.
